Discount on St Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment
During the year 2020, the Citizenship by Investment Unit of St Kitts and Nevis was offering a unique $45,000 discount for its Citizenship by Investment (CBI) program. A family of four could then become St Kitts and Nevis citizens for the relatively modest sum of $150,000. With this unique offer, St Kitts and Nevis was one of the most cost-effective CBI programs for families. The discount was meant to be discontinued by the end of 2020, but due to its popularity, it was brought back during the following year, expiring by the end of 2021.
In December 2022, the Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU) introduced a limited-time offer on the Sustainable Growth Fund investment option, allowing investors to contribute a reduced amount of $125,000 and receive approval in principle within 60 days of the CIU acknowledging their application submission. In June 2023, the offer was extended until 31 January 2024. However, the St Kitts and Nevis government announced on 27 July 2023 that the offer was no longer active.
Furthermore, the Sustainable Growth Fund (SGF) is no longer an investment option under the Citizenship by Investment Program. The Sustainable Island State Contribution replaces the SGF and enables investors to obtain St Kitts and Nevis citizenship for a minimum contribution of $250,000.
